Igniting Your Child's Imagination
Seren Performing Arts aims to build confidence and help you to achieve your best self. We ensure that students feel happy in our very caring environment that promotes positivity and fun. Dream – believe – achieve.
Performing Arts School For Ages 4-18
Seren Performing Arts was formed in 2010 by Bridget who wanted students she taught to be given the opportunity to branch out into completing Acting qualifications with the London College of Music. Since then we have grown into two sections the Juniors – ages 4-11 and the Seniors 11-18. We offer sessions in Singing, Acting and Movement and everyone’s favourite activity is Improvisation. All pupils get the chance to work on this in small groups and perform to the group each week.

Exams
In Seren all pupils get the opportunity if they wish to complete formal exams. these exams are with the London College of Music (LCM) and students have the opportunity to sit individual and/or group exams. The Seniors complete their exams in the Autumn term whilst the Juniors and group exams take place in the Spring term. All pupils undertaking individual exams get 1-1 session weekly during the term of exam and all students have support with any written work that needs to be completed.
Performances
This academic year offers an exciting programme of productions. During the Autumn Term, we present Wonderland— a play with music that blends imagination and performance. The Spring Term will feature an 80s Review, highlighting ensemble, group, and solo talent in a vibrant celebration of the era. Finally, in June 2026, we are delighted to stage Beauty and the Beast Jr. at the Ffwrnes Theatre, Llanelli, presented with the kind permission of MTI Europe.
Professional Performances
All students are given the opportunity to take part in our termly performances and annual show. Performing is for everyone!
Exceptional Training & Rehearsals
All students are given time, attention and encouragement each week to be the best that they can be. Where needed they are given 1-1 sessions and we ensure that all our students are well prepared for all performances that they undertake.
Preperation is key!
Working With Ages 4-18
Having the wide age range gives the opportunity for all our students to work with each other, encourage each other and have fun in the activities we undertake each week.
Working On Stage
Each term we prepare our students to go on stage, we help them with stage technique and understanding what is required of them when working in a bigger space. The improvisation sessions where they perform and also appraise each other’s work supports their understanding of being on stage. We teach them about understanding the space they work in and projecting their voice. Everything is taught in a positive manner to further support building their self confidence.

As a parent of two daughters, aged 16 and 8, who are part of Seren, I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with the experience this incredible group has provided for them. Watching them grow both as performers and as individuals has been one of the most rewarding experiences as a parent. My 16-year-old daughter has truly blossomed under the guidance and mentorship of Seren’s dedicated team. For my 8-year-old, Seren has been an absolute joy! She lights up when she talks about her rehearsals and performances. It’s lovely to see her building friendships, finding her voice, and having so much fun while learning the foundations of theatre. What sets Seren apart is not only the high standard of their productions but also the supportive community they’ve built. It’s clear that every child, regardless of age or experience, is valued and encouraged to shine. The directors and staff go above and beyond to foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where each child feels seen, heard, and important.
Mum of Olivia (Junior)
"I would highly recommend Seren to anybody. My daughter absolutely loves every minute of it. It has taught her confidence and skills that she will use now and later in life. Bridget is wonderful with the children and Seren is a credit to her and her hard work. The children who attend are a lovely group of children and the Seniors are fantastic in helping with them. It is so lovely to see all those happy faces every week upon pickup."
Senior
"Thank you for helping me grow in confidence, before I was just shy but now I'm confident in anything."
Senior/Mentor
"Seren has been an amazing confidence booster for me and has helped me with more than just my acting and singing skills. It is a warm and welcoming environment where we all help each other grow."
Mum of Erin (Senior) and Isla (Junior)
"I couldn't ask for a better experience for my girls every Saturday. They get to fully immerse themselves in all things drama, singing and dancing while having opportunities to perform onstage as well as achieve musical theatre and acting qualifications. They love their time at Seren and are always full supported by Bridget and her wonderful team."
Dad of Maddie & Robyn (Juniors)
"When Maddie first joined Seren at 4 years old, she was bitterly shy. She spent many weeks attending with very little enthusiasm and unwillingness to participate. We persisted in taking her knowing that the encouragement from Bridget and her team would be a defining factor in her development. It is one of the best things we've ever done and Maddie is now bouncing each week in excitement. Our other daughter has recently started and we've seen the same shyness pattern but we're confident the Seren team will once again work their magic. Thank you!"
Mum of Ryan (Senior)
"We love Seren! It is so good to have somewhere that is totally accepting that Ryan can be part of, it's just like an extended family.".
Junior
"It's really fun, the best thing you get to do is sing in front of loads of people. I'd never give up Seren for anything, it's the best thing ever."
Mum of Lowri (Senior)
"My daughter has been a member of Seren from a very young age and it has been wonderful to watch her develop into such a confident performer over the years. She cherishes the time she spends with the Seren family and has lots of fun while learning skills in a warm, caring environment. It was a great decision to join!"
Junior
"What I like about Seren is improvisation, dancing and making new friends."
Junior
I like going to Seren because it's nice and fun. I like singing, acting and making new friends and I like Bridget and Holly and everyone else who goes there. I like performing with the seniors."
Mum of Elsie (Juniors)
Elsie joined Seren Performing Arts as a shy 7 year old , who had never attended any classes . Bridget and the team at Seren have nurtured both Elsie's confidence and talent . At age 9, Elsie is now agency represented , regularly being recalled for West End roles and auditioning for some amazing opportunities. It all started at Seren and we will forever be grateful for the memories she is making
Mum of Georgie (Juniors)
I can’t thank the Seren team enough for the joy these classes have brought my daughter. She looks forward to every lesson, has made wonderful friends, and her confidence has blossomed. Taking her first drama exam and performing in Matilda were such special milestones, and she loved every moment on stage — she said she would perform every single day if she could and never wanted to come off stage. So grateful for the encouragement, care, and passion the teachers put into every class and show
Mum of Noa (Juniors)
My daughter has been attending Seren for several years now, and the impact it has had on her confidence is truly remarkable. Seren is so much more than a performing arts class, it’s a nurturing and inspiring environment that plays a vital role in children’s development. At the centre of it all is Bridget, whose passion and dedication shine through in everything she does. She invests so much into her students, and it’s clear how deeply she cares. My daughter absolutely adores her and has greatly benefited from the support and encouragement Bridget has given her over the years. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Seren. It has become a meaningful part of our daughter’s growth, not just as a performer, but as a person. Thank you, Seren and thank you, Bridget, for everything!
